Sprint Scope Search for Jira is provided by WorkAlong ("Provider").

Agreement

Use of the app is governed by the Atlassian Marketplace standard end user agreement, the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement v1.0 ("Standard Agreement"), together with the Provider-Specific Terms below.

Provider-Specific Terms

  1. Notices: through the support portal at https://workalong.app/support. We reply by email to the address you give.
  2. Support policy:
    • Support through the support portal.
    • Support hours and first-response targets are on the Support and service levels page. They are targets, not guarantees, and come with no service credits.
    • Replies may be drafted with AI assistance; a human reply is available on request.
    • The documentation describes the app's behaviour and limitations.
  3. Security measures:
    • The app runs only on Atlassian's Forge platform ("Runs on Atlassian").
    • It uses no Provider-operated servers and sends no customer data outside Atlassian.
    • Its access is limited to the permissions shown at install.
  4. Privacy: see the Privacy Policy.
  5. Governing law: as set out in the Standard Agreement (the laws of the State of California, unless the Standard Agreement provides otherwise).
  6. Pricing and billing: handled by Atlassian through the Marketplace.
